“The local executive body has unlawfully extended land use periods in violation of legal requirements. Additionally, instances of legalizing land by unscrupulous individuals based on forged documents have been identified,” the message from the Shymkent city prosecutor states.
Since the beginning of 2024, a total of 158.6 hectares of land with a cadastral value exceeding 747 million tenge have been returned to the state through oversight acts, which will be involved in the legal economic turnover.
