Miners and workers of KGP in Aktobe have not received their salaries.

“A meeting was held under the coordination of the prosecutor's office with the participation of leaders from law enforcement agencies, local executive bodies, and authorized representatives of the district, where the management of JSC 'TNK 'KazChrome' was also invited, as well as the founders of the LLP. The measures taken have led to the repayment of salary arrears,” the Aktobe region prosecutor's office reported.

The founders of LLP 'Oңтүстік шахта құрылыс' are Omarov Izzatulla Adilovich, Tugelbaev Orintai Begalyuly, Kulambaev Esenbek Myrzakhmetovich. The company was registered in January 2008. Its main activity is the construction of non-residential buildings, excluding stationary trading facilities of categories 1 and 2.

JSC 'TNK 'Kazchrome' is part of the Eurasian Resources Group S.a.r.l. (ERG) through KCR Metals FZCO. The ultimate owners are: the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan — 40%, the Ibragimov family and Alexander Mashkevich — 20.7% each, and Patok Shodiev — 18.6%.

In another case, the Shalkar district prosecutor's office found that KGP 'Ұлы Борсық' (the founder is the Akimat of Shalkar district) had salary arrears owed to 519 employees totaling over 48 million tenge, which was settled following a prosecutor's response.

“Thus, in the mentioned enterprises, salary arrears amounting to 213 million tenge have been settled, and the rights of workers have been restored,” the supervisory authority reported.
