Who will receive compensation for the increase in utility service rates?

“Payments of 0.8 MRP will be provided until April 1, 2025. Since July 2023, under the instruction of the akim, more than 140,000 citizens from 9 categories of SUSN have already received monthly payments as part of the ‘Tariff in Exchange for Investments’ program,” the city akimat noted.

To receive the payment, it is necessary to:

• have permanent residency in Almaty;
• submit an application to the district akimat;
• provide an identity document.

For those already receiving payments, there is no need to reapply—the payments will be automatically extended.
