Kazakhstan residents can now access online verification for their educational documents.

This opportunity enables citizens to easily verify the authenticity of documents related to secondary, vocational, and higher education directly from their mobile devices. Previously, this service was available on the eGov.kz portal.

The service significantly simplifies the process of obtaining duplicates of lost documents and confirming the fact of receiving education abroad.

Now, users can quickly and conveniently obtain a certificate recognizing the authenticity of previously acquired education, recover a lost document confirming its receipt, or validate foreign education.

To access the service, you need to:

• log in to the eGov Mobile app and navigate to the "Services" section — "Education";
• select the required service "Recognition of documents for secondary, technical and vocational, and post-secondary education";
• fill out the necessary fields, attach documents, and consent to the use of personal data;
• sign the application using Face ID/Touch ID.

Users can track the results and status of their application in the Personal Account of the app.

The service was launched in collaboration with the Committee of State Services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "National Information Technologies," and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
