“Out of the total number of subscribers, 18.7 million have internet access, representing a year-on-year growth of 4.8%. The mobile subscriber density is 129 units per 100 people, with 93 subscribers having internet access. From January to October 2024, the volume of services provided in the mobile communications sector amounted to 191.3 billion tenge, which is 14.4% lower than the same period last year,” the report states.
The total volume of communication services over the 10 months reached 1.1 trillion tenge, with internet services accounting for 52.5% of this total.
