“Transport of the new harvest in September-October exceeded 2.2 million tons, with 1.8 million tons sent for export, which is 30% higher than the same period last year,” the agency reported.
It is noted that shipments to Russia are proceeding without restrictions. Exports to the Russian Federation over the past two months amounted to 23,400 tons, with 113,000 tons transiting through Russia.
Shipments through the port of Aktau towards Iran have surpassed 250,000 tons over the past two months.
In traditional markets of Central Asia, the transport of the new harvest has increased by more than 30% compared to grain shipments during the same period last year, exceeding the mark of 1 million tons.
