“The head of state recently noted at an agroforum that the agro-industrial complex is one of the key drivers of economic growth. The government has implemented a set of measures aimed at achieving the goals for developing the AIC. Taking into account the requests voiced by agricultural producers, by the order of the Prime Minister, early financing for spring field and harvesting works for the year 2025 has begun in Kazakhstan as of today, November 29 of this year," the agency's statement reads.
In line with the President's directive, up to 700 billion tenge will be allocated for the spring field and harvesting works for 2025, of which approximately 560 billion tenge will be sourced from market capital.
It has been reported that as of today, JSC “Agrarian Credit Corporation” has opened financing under the "Kең дала 2" program with a concessional interest rate of 5% per annum.
A total pool of applications has been formed from 684 agricultural producers amounting to around 82 billion tenge, with 176 applications already accepted for processing.
Additionally, documentation is being collected for another 508 requests totaling 59.9 billion tenge.
